PASIOPOULOS SA ΟΥΖΟ TSIPOURO PELADA

The distillation of ouzo is done in traditional copper stills where simple and asteroid anise, Chios mastic and a lot, a lot of love are mixed, giving us an elegant, special ouzo, light in taste with a small aftertaste of mastic.

Regarding tsipouro, our first concern is the selection and collection of the best marc from the varieties, Muscat of Rio, Muscat of Hamburg and Rhodians. The distillation of tsipouro is done in traditional copper stills and then with the use of technology the distillate passes through a column of fractional distillation (equivalent to a sixfold distillation) giving us an extra clean distillate with balanced flavors and aromas.
