The Statue of Liberty is located at the entrance of the Holy City of Messolonghi in a specially designed area next to the Gate. This is a work of the sculptor Nikos Kotziamanis and an offer of Greek Expatriates. The statue symbolizes freedom, representing a woman with a sword in her hand.
